The Title III Immigrant Influx Annual Performance Report (APR) is required to be submitted by each LEA subgrantee. The goal of this report is to provide an update on the programmatic activities made during the funding period.  Responses will be compiled for submission on the State of Indiana Consolidated State Performance Report (CSPR) to the US Department of Education.  

This APR asks for information on Immigrant Influx activities within any of the following categories:

• Family literacy, parent outreach, and training activities to assist parents
• Support for personnel, including teacher aides, to provide services to immigrant children
• Provision of tutorials, mentoring, and academic or career counseling for immigrant children
• Identification and acquisition of curricular materials, educational software, and technologies to be used in the program
• Basic instruction services due to presence of immigrant children, including additional supplies, transportation
• Other instruction services designed to assist immigrant children to achieve, such as programs of introduction to the educational system and civics education
• Activities coordinated with community-based organizations, higher education instutions, private sector entities to assist immigrant families
